  • How to ignore certain resources when moving a course on the grid? [New]

When you switch to diagnostic mode, a wide range of information appears on the course form and/or on the timetable grid, alerting you to slots that are incompatible with the selected course.

By default, all course resources are taken into account during diagnostics (including the room and any reserved equipment). If necessary, you can ignore some of these resources.

  1. Double-click on the course to be moved: you'll enter diagnostic mode (green frame).
  2. On the course form, click on the switch to exclude a resource from diagnosis: if this operation frees up new slots, these appear on the grid with the number of resources ignored (-1 for 1 type of resource ignored, -2 for 2 types of resource ignored, etc.).

  3. Move the course to the slot and double-click: a window appears.
  4. To identify problematic courses, click on List of concerned courses You can:
    • leave the box By deleting ignored resources from the course un-tick - priority to the displaced course, the displaced course recovers the resource of the problematic course,
    • tick the box By deleting ignored resources from the course - priority to the problematic course, which retains its resource as originally planned (the displaced course is temporarily left without a resource).
